1. Current release

Hail Mary Studios provides free app features, reviewed content, interest forms, and genuine Sponsor support. Market transactions, Stripe Connect, payouts, Apple In-App Purchase, EU alternative payment, EU out-of-app digital offers, and alternative app distribution are not active.

Hail Mary Studios is intended for adults aged 18 and older. People under 18 should not create accounts or submit personal information through the app.

2. Accounts and sign-in

Many features can be browsed without an account. Signing in is handled by our authentication provider using email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not share passwords or verification codes, including with support.

3. Submissions, ownership, and moderation

Submitting content, an application, interest, or a product concept does not guarantee publication, employment, payment, partnership, approval, or placement. Users must have the rights and consent needed for material they submit.

Before submitting, you confirm through the submission consent that you own the material or have permission to share it, that it may be reviewed, and that you have consent from people it involves. Extra care is required for content involving vulnerable individuals. Submissions are reviewed before any publication; publication is not guaranteed, and submissions may be declined or removed.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Hail Mary Studios to post unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or deceptive content; impersonate others; share another person's private or sensitive information without consent; infringe intellectual property; attempt to access accounts or systems you are not authorized to use; interfere with the service; or misuse submission, reporting, or Sponsor features.

5. External services and links

The app links to and relies on third-party services, including Stripe-hosted Checkout for Sponsor support, Apple and Google for sign-in, and external websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Apple does not sponsor, endorse, or certify Hail Mary Studios.

6. Sponsor support

Sponsor Support is voluntary support for Hail Mary Studios and The Hail Mary Network, offered as one-time or monthly contributions. The amount and billing interval are shown at checkout. Monthly contributions recur until cancelled, as described in the applicable checkout terms. Availability of one-time or monthly options depends on the app build.

Sponsor contributions do not buy digital goods or services or grant content access, premium features, downloads, memberships, rankings, moderation priority, or other entitlements. Contributions are not represented as tax-deductible unless explicitly stated.

Sponsor checkout is hosted by Stripe, outside Apple In-App Purchase. Hail Mary Studios does not collect raw card numbers, CVV, or bank credentials.

Market features are separate from Sponsor support. Market transactions are not active in the current release, and Sponsor support never purchases Market items or services.

7. Termination and account deletion

We may suspend or remove access, or remove content, for violations of these terms or to protect users and the service.

You can read the account deletion instructions. When secure self-service deletion is enabled, verified ownership and explicit final confirmation are required. If self-service deletion is unavailable, contact support; sending an email does not itself delete your account. If an external provider still needs to complete erasure, the request remains pending and is not reported as complete. Retention details are in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as the app and its features change. Updates will be posted on this page.
