Monthly support and refund requests
Manage monthly support / Cancel support
Manage monthly support through Stripe's hosted portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund previous charges.
For refund requests, contact info@hailmarynetwork.com separately. Sending a request does not itself execute a refund.
Account deletion assistance
Read the account deletion instructions for availability and retention details.
If you cannot access your account or self-service deletion is unavailable, email support for deletion assistance. Ownership must be securely verified before a deletion request can be acted on. Sending an email does not itself delete your account.
